You seem to have your head in the right place. And know too if he is talking about frequent enema cleansings..this is totally NOT recommended..your body needs to have a balance of the normal flora that grows there and daily cleansings will upset the balance of that.
It sounds like a great fantasy..but it probably needs to be left in that realm.
