My shemale husband's 45th birthday is coming up in a couple months. He now lives 24/7 as Misty and is workingout side of the home. He is completely passable as Misty, really very attractive. I have gotten a lot of great ideas, along with a few of my own as to what to give him for his 45th birthday present. He has laready undergone hair removal and is on hormones. So please vote for his gift.

If your husband is a sissy who is undergoing permenant feminization..I think breast implants would really make him/her feel like a woman. They would be your gifts he would carry with him/her every where he went.

Uh, just a thought, but maybe they want said shemale to have bigger breasts - there are lots and lots of females who get them to be bigger, so why not a shemale?
