Can anyone recommend some reliable websites for signal whips? I am looking for a kangaroo, 16 plait, 3-4' whip.

The list of whip plaiters is pretty large now compared to just a few years ago.
A list of many can be found at www.bullwhip.org as well as the Australian Whip Paiter's Guild.
Murphywhips.com has alot of information as well.

www.flogger.com has a decent selection and are very good quality - they do 4 foot signals, but not 3 foot.
