I am a huge practicioner and lover of watersports, piss play, golden showers, urolagnia - call it what you will. One of my playmates and I did a tremendous amount of piss play. I'd prepare by drinking lots of water beforehand starting 2 - 3 hours in advance. This was to increase the volume and frequency, but it also served to dilute both taste and smell. To make the play continue and last I would keep drinking water during the scenes. I would supplement the water with either coffee or beer to help with a diuretic effect. For between 2 - 5 hours, depending, I would piss every 12 - 15 minutes in copious, copious amounts, e.g., between 20 - 32 oz.. We did a variety of types of scenes and both of us enjoyed photographing each piss and how it was utilized on her. It was a common practice for me to have her drink some of my piss by sucking it right from the source. Then there were times when I would have her drink every time, all of it, not spilling any. Even after the main play/scene I would still piss frequently for 2 - 3 more hours and had her drink these also. Now, when I crunch some numbers (14 urinations of 24 oz in 3 1/2 hrs during the overall main scene, and then 5 of 24 oz in 2 1/2 hours in the after scene) I come to about 3.5 gallons total piss consumption by her in a period of about 6 hours. This is a pretty close estimate.
We did this on numerous occaisions and neither of us ever noticed any marked or adverse effect on her - other than of course her having to pee like a race horse for some time.
I had researched this type of play before we got invovled with it and my research rendered, in short, that urine is sterile as it comes out. If needed it could be used to clean out wounds. It takes in the range of 20 - 30 minutes for it to sit out at room temperature before it begins to convert to something that is no longer sterile or unfit for play. We never tested that time limit as our goal was to play safely. In fact, the more massive consumption by her was something we worked up to in a more gradual, controlled way. And we had (read that as created) lots of opportunity to do that. We both loved it so we did it a lot. Admitedly it did wear us both out. That is a lot of fluid, in whatever form, for the body to process and deal with.
We did a fair amount of photodocumentation too, and that added some interesting wrinkles and creativity to the whole process. One thing I learned during this is that clear pipss doesn't show up all that well in pictures. We solved this by my taking some vitamin B supplements. This gave my piss a much more visible color of yellowish to orangish. Made the pics work a lot better.
I also experimented with my diet, taking note of foods and fluids I consumed and how this altered the taste and smell. Coffee - bad, beer - good, poultry/fish/red meats - bad, fruits/veggies - good, beans/peas - bad, aspargus - very, very bad. Part of it for her was to take whatever I gave her, and in truth she enjoyed it when I gave her undiluted, full strength, as bad as it gets piss. She would feed me asparagus with a wicked grin on her face and then would wait until it was time, eagerly volunteering to drink. She would also follow me into the bathroom some mornings to "recycle" my coffee.
I'd like to add that it was never a form of humiliation - not there's anything wrong with that. For us it was more of an unusual and intense type of intimacy. For several hours she had me literally permeating her and cursing through her viens
