Roommate Wanted

Room for Rent in Winter Park (Orlando), FL

We are a relaxed, fun loving, responsible, professional couple. We are looking for an employed single fem (couple possible) to share our 4BR house. We have a 7yr old son half-time and a 2nd guest bedroom, so another kid is possible. The house is well located in Winter Park, near Baldwin Park. Convenient to UCF, Full Sail, Rollins, Orlando downtown, etc. A bike trail goes directly behind the house, accessible from back yard. The available room is 10' x 11' and we have an available bed/bureau in it if needed.

We are asking $400 per month, which includes electric, water, cable, and Internet. House has large washer & dryer, 2nd refrigerator, garage/storage, etc. We live in a relaxed family environment with NO DRAMA. Need not be lifestyle involved, just lifestyle friendly/aware.
