pleaser makes some fun items , the shoe guy is good too though not cheap ,Demonia has wonderful items though most are gothy and knee high boots,check out ebay too .good luck!

I'm not aware of anyone making custom boots. I'd guess somewhere in UK might be a source, but god they would be very very expensive. Sorry i can be of more help

Have you tried a local cobbler ? Maybe getting a pair of boots that you luv and having them altered by a cobbler may work out ?

Ohhh... I just love peach Cobbler...

This is what I did. I went to a repair place in Chicago and they altered the boots to my desires. Not custom made from nothing, but they took a good pair of leather boots and added 5"heels and did some leather work. Now they are great boots

Off the net..there is a place or two in the UK that will do custom boots. They will show you exactly how to measure..and to be honest I dont think they are that badly priced for custom made. Just google it and make sure to put in custom leather thigh high boots..

If you search on YahooUK you will find a few who do custom work.
Here is a link a friend of mine used, there standard thigh highs are about $700US minus the VAT (tax) you have to apply for the refund
