I have a room for rent and would prefer a 'kink aware/friendly' person. This room is located in a quiet community 5 minutes from I-4 and a half hour from Orlando and Tampa.
You would have main access to one living room (that no one else really uses) along with access to a small kitchen, one and 1/2 bathrooms, another large livingroom w/fireplace and a dining room that is combined with the living room that you would have the main access too.... The property boasts a decent sized front yard, a large back yard, and another small back yard that is private and directly behind the room for rent.
I am asking $450 a month and that would include water, trash pickup, standard cable, high speed internet access, along with access to the land line phone if you wanted it. There is a washer and dryer on the property that you would be able to use, as well as places to store items if it was needed after some discussion.
The bedroom is 12'x13'. It comes furnished with a twin bed, wardrobe armoire, tall solid wood dresser along with an antique dry sink where a TV sits on. There is also an attic above this room where items can be stored in. Furniture can be removed if not needed.
I am asking for $300.00 down payment, than $450.00 a month rent. The only other thing you would have to pay is groceries and electric - as long as you run the A/C only when you are home, than the share of electric shouldn't be more than $50.00 to $70.00 a month. (it could be less!)
I will also consider giving a lower rent for someone who can trade their skill trade services... I am currently working on remodeling parts of this home which would NOT effect your main areas.
This will be a month to month rent situation - will consider someone who only wants to rent it for a certain amount of time.
