Try tribalectic dot com if you haven't already. Nice locks which require a screwdriver to remove. I use one for a chastity piercing locking her outer labia together. May work for you. If you find an actual working key lock of surgical steel or other compatible material please let me know where you find it. Thanks.

those aren't bad...although i will have to stretch the size a wee bit....are they heavy?

i would still like to find actual padlocks with keys but i suppose i will just keep looking
