This is my room for rent ad. If it interests you, let's talk please. The room is $500/month and includes all utilities.
I have a room for rent. It is located off rt51 and E. Thunderbird, near the 101 and PV mall area. My home is in an home owner association (HOA.) Unfortunately I don't have pictures of the room/ my complex/house. My home is about 1,500 square feet and is U shape with the bedrooms on the ends. So the bedrooms are separated. In the middle is the living/dining/kitchen/laundry rooms. The kitchen is small and is fully equipped except for a dishwasher. The room is about 14x16 square feet. At present I have medium size freezer, buffet table for computer desk, full size futon and a "bedside" table in here. Still there is room in the center. I just want to give you an idea of how large the room is. Unless you need the futon, I will be moving everything out. This way you will have your privacy. The room has a large closet with a closet organizer...it is even bigger than mine! The organizer has drawers so you wouldn't need a dresser. It also has a ceiling fan. The full size bathroom is out in the hall. It would be totally yours for I have one in my room. The room has jacks for both internet and phone. I have an attached 2 car garage with door opener. There are cupboards in there for extra storage. I have 2 small yards with doggie doors. My dog is very friendly and loves everyone. She would just LOVE a playmate. So you must like dogs and yours is welcome.
My home is in an home owner association (HOA.) . There is no exercise room but we do have a community pool. The area is very safe and quiet. We don't get drive through traffic at all. I have been known to walk around it at 2am. All the neighbors are very friendly.
I am looking to rent the room for $500/month and want a $500 security deposit all but $200 will be return if there is no damage done. The rent would include all utilities except food and personal items. I am on a budget plan to cut down utilities costs. So I run the washer/drier/etc 9pm-9am Monday-Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. So I would appreciate if you would do the same please. I ask that you give me a month notice if you decide to move. The room is available immediately. The rent and deposit is due on the 1st of the month but I am willing to work with you on this if you need. The rent needs to be either cash or money order.
About me. I am 5'4", about 180 lbs. I am a smoker. I am mostly a home body. I do have friends over but they are ONLY people I fully trust. I don't party so my friends and I are quite. Since I live alone, a few friends do have my house keys just so someone can check up on me if they haven't heard from me for a while. No one ever comes over without calling 1st to see if it convenient for me....period. Also NO ONE is allow to use my computer...PERIOD!! SO YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN IF YOU NEED A COMPUTER OR USE THE LIBRARY ONE!!!!!!
I HAVE DECIDED TO RENT ONLY TO THOSE THAT ARE ALREADY IN THE STATES AND IN THE PHOENIX, AZ AREA.

If interests you, tell me more about you please. All will need to provide me with a rental and credit history, driver license and ssi number please. Everyone is entitled to one FREE credit report yearly. You can request your credit report be emailed to you. Then I can read it after you have pulled it up for me on your email when you come. These will ONLY be used for a background check...period. If you wish to come by and see the room, bring your references with you or allow me to pull them up on the computer so I may read them.
