I'm about to start selling a family Sourdough starter traced back to around 1871

What I'm interested in finding is people with no baking experence, so I can send you some of the starter along with instructions to see what (if anything) needs to be changed in the directions.

I want to make sure the directions are written so a person with no baking experience can understand them and revive the starter and bake some Sourcough bread.
