I have a collar and cuffs for sale by axsmar. they are for a small person. The collar is for a @13.5 inch neck size, and the two cuffs are 45mmX55mm wrist size. they all lock using the axsmar design, the collar has a ushaped attachment in the front, and the cuffs have the axsmar fold out u shaped ring. These are not cheap items. I would like 350 for the collar, and 500 for the cuffs.
