Hello, i have space available and hope to find a lifestyyle roommate. Space will become available in April. i am in the western part of Alexandria (not the Old Town part). i live in the Landmark neighborhood. The arrangement is that i have a 2 Bedroom, 2 .5 Bath 2 story apartment in a high rise building. Right now i am in the Master Bedroom and using the Master Bath with a tub/shower. I am willing to share my bathroom. i have a roommate in the second bedroom upstairs (a Dominant male) and he uses the 2nd bathroom with a shower stall. He prefers not to share his bathroom, but he might. i have converted my dining room into a bedroom, and right now my vanilla Aunt is staying there, but she will be moving out at the end of the month. i need to at least rent that space to someone, and would like to get at least $400 for it. All utilities included except cable tv and internet and vonage phone. i have all those exceptions in place, but the cost would have to be split amongst the roommates. Mike, the Dominant male, is my former boyfriend/Dom, but when we broke up we stayed friends and roommates. He might be moving in May, but that is up in the air now. If he moves out, i could offer the downstairs roommate his room and try to rent out the downstairs room again, or if the downstairs person liked being there or couldn't afford the upstairs room, then i would look for another roommate for the upstairs space. i love my apartment and don't want to move if i can help it, so i am flexible. I live in a beautiful Deluxe 2 bedroom 2.5 bath apartment with 2 spacious balconies, (Bar-B-Q season soon!) in an awesome location. It's a 2 story Apt in a High Rise, has a W/D and DW in unit. All util. included, shared living space is furnished, and available space is partially furnished, but I am flexible about you bringing your stuff. It has individually controlled HVAC, lots of storage space in and outside unit. Spectacular view and great location close to metro with bus service for those without a car, and easy access to I-395 and I-495 and parking for car owners. All the amenities are nearby: Schools, Hospitals/Doctor offices, Landmark Shopping Mall and a few other shopping plazas, grocery stores, drug stores (one with 24-hr pharmacy), new library, movie theaters, restaurants from fast food to fancy. Southern exposure great for plants, secure building, party room/fitness center, outdoor pool, and lighted tennis court. If you want to bring a cat, you can but you'll have to pay a non-refundable deposit to the Landlord (not my rule, their rule). It is a really friendly building with residents of all ages, races and creeds that get along very well and are very neighborly. The management is great as well.
