hi, i have a sunlight basement for rent in winston-salem. it is 1000sqft with full bath and area to set up a kitchenette. main kitchen and laundry also available. private entrance. very nice neighborhood. rent is $500/month, including utilities, except cable TV and internet connection (extra 440/month). contact me for more info ~ lihlee

That's some expensive TV / Internet connection.
