Jefferson Park two story/English bungalow in super location! Large furnished bedroom in a clean 3br/2ba home. Home is on the NW side of Chicago in the Jefferson Park neighborhood. A nice, safe, family area. We are 4 blocks from the Blue line "L" to take you downtown or up to O'Hare airport. 4 blocks to Metra station to take the train to the NW burbs, and a few short blocks to I-90/94 to drive to downtown, O'Hare, or towards the northshore or NW suburbs.
Large home w/open front porch, side sun room. Large living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen w/pantry. You will have your own large bedroom and own private heated bathroom with a stand-up shower and one large, walk-in closet. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and dressers and an armoire. You will share the house with one young (21) Dominant man, one older (41) submissive man and one friendly, tame dog. Both men are very clean, safe, sane, professionally employed, kink friendly and kink aware. Nothing sexual is implied, this is just for rooming purposes. The house has a nice backyard and ample street parking.
No lease, rent will be on a month to month basis. We are asking $600 to $700mo. Utilities are included.
We drink socially, but do not do drugs of any kind so would appreciate someone of the same mindset. This is a smoke free house, so please smoke outside. Friendly dogs are welcome, but due to allergies cats are not. All other pets will be considered. We know how to be discreet when the need arises and hope that you do too.
