Currently has a medium size room available in our home. BDSM friendly among other kinks. Whatever flavor you are we won't blink. The basement has future plans to become a dungeon.
$450, all utilities included, internet and cable can be negotiated. Off schedule home, two of us are on disability and home 99% of the time, the other works F/T swing.
Washer, dryer, well appointed kitchen (though not new, still have the original cabinets :/) We often make full dinners on the weekend with everyone included. Have a large boxer, his mixed breed daughter and a rabbit.
No drugs, no smoking, occasional drinking is ok. Get togethers are fine, etc.
We will also be happy to accept a couple.
