e have a room for rent in a Leather/BDSM household, available now.
The room is a long rectangle, 8.5 X 18 w/8 ft ceiling and is approx. 153 sq f. A pretty roomy space, equivalent to a standard 12 X 12 room, just stretched out.
It has very nice carpet, a ceiling fan/light, three windows and comes partially furnished and has AC.
Rent would be $700.00 a month and would include all utilities, shared bathroom and kitchen and common space privileges. We also have satellite TV and DSL Internet service.
The house is located in Pacoima, CA, in the North San Fernando Valley, with easy access to the 5, 405, 118, 170 and 210 freeways. Bus stops, also, with two blocks. It is a large, comfortable house and has front and back yard, patio, flower and vegetable gardens.
We are looking for an EMPLOYED person with a background of responsibility, not a heavy drinker, no drugs. This is NOT a 'party house'! We do have three small, very friendly dogs, so you must like dogs. We would be willing to consider an additional pet. We would prefer a BDSM-friendly roommate.
We are open to any gender or orientation, and especially encourage queer, leather or trans folk to apply.
There are only two people living in this house, not the whole Family!
