Using a strike iron or that new thin sheet type you press on and let all the heat transfer? They can water jet cut the thin ones.

You don't use regular branding irons on human flesh, unless what you're looking for is an illegible mass of scar tissue after it heals. If you're just looking for a cool nicknack to hang on your wall or to scare the clueless, use the link RS provided.
