Looking for roommate!
My girlfriend, Heather, and I, Benjaminm are looking for a female roommate to share our place.
Our "Compound" consists of 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath, in a 2 story with a private patio overlooking the downtown dallas skyline and private two-car garage in Deep Ellum. Washer/ Dryer in home. Bedroom includes private half bath and one attached garage space with storage in a large 2 car garage, walk-in closet with high ceilings (16 ft), exposed ventaliation, exposed brick. Must be 420 friendly, but seriously, guys, no hard stuff... we need you paying rent on time. Oh and no children, no how, no way. Also we have a dog... and two cats, so adult dogs or cats welcome! Most walls sound reenforced ;)
