NEED FILLED BY MARCH. Outside of work, can have a social life as long as things around the house are done. I will have a daily checklist as well as a weekly to do, and a cleaning schedule. Dishes, general housework, laundry, yard work, making sure the cats feeder is full, cooking (not every night), etc. Your room may be occasionally used as a playspace during parties, etc. Run on service not play. 3 bed 2 bath, playspace, $400 each with utilities split by 3.
