I am coming to Sacramento to look at some investment property. I would like to rent a room for 1-3 weeks instead of going bankrupt paying for a motel. Prefer sub f or trans, open to any. Playtime not a requirement. This will be a simple "business arrangement". Any thing more can be discussed after My arrival. Showing me the town would be nice. My vanilla interests include chess, video games, karaoke, Harleys and motor sports.
