If you are using a photo that you uploaded to your profile as an avatar it will not be seen until after the photo has been approved. I noticed that your profile is brand new. Lately it has been taking up to a week for photos to be approved & that is IF the photo is approved. (good luck with that)

The forums have a library of avatars that can be used in place of using your profile photo. Look to the top of this page & click "My Profile" & scroll nearly half way down & you will find the avatar options.
