Gas and Electric included in the price of the rent. You have laundry access on the premise, plus a work out machine if you are a person who wants to work out. Looking for a long term rental. Just 15 minutes by bus to all major transportation E, F, J trains and the LIRR plus 10 minutes from J.F.K airport. Plenty of street parking available if you own a car. We will share the kitchen and bathroom in addition to all common area and all house chores. I am a very good cook, so if you want homemade meals, then please just add $200.00 per month extra for your food bill. If you’re interested, please tell me something about your self in the e-mail. Finally please do not e-mail me with just “Here is the number, call me about the room.” I will show the place on Sundays and Mondays only by appointment. Room will be available to move in by April 6, 2008 RENT - $200.00 per week. Must have a rent of $200.00 plus a deposit of $800.00 to move in.
