what is the difference between this and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdUUx5FdySs? why don't my hyperlinks work anymore?

No difference that I can see, other than the "this" link is much easier to read in context than the actual URL.

They both worked for me. Perhaps your browser's cache needs to be cleaned out?
