Persons whom are interested must fully understand this is a ARTISTS and FAMILY Housing Cooperative.
While we are a pluralistic, multicultural (in its truest sense) community; we are not directly associated with the GLBT, S&M, Leather, or Bondage communities.
We welcome those in a committed "household" arrangement, and where one or both members are artisans. Artist can mean visual arts, performance arts, written arts, textile arts, and sculpting arts (wood, clay, metal, wax) to name just a few. We value resident participation within this community and this is not a community where you move in and then "hide".
Applicants will need to pass credit, rental, and income checks by a professional management company before being presented to the Selection Committee for the review of Artist Criteria. Applicants should have evidence of at least 12 works or performances in their portfolio.
