Status: offline 		24/7 Household will have rooms available for rent. Prefer 6+ months or more.

Pricing will be discussed but will range be $550 and up depending on room size and if there is a private bathroom. Utilities will be included in the price.

We'll be asking questions to make a comfortable house.

Newer home = nice rooms, light bright and airy, AC.

Status: offline 		$515 ~ Nice smaller room with shared bath. Big enough for a couple, but not roommates
$530 ~ Big room with shared bath. Big enough for roommates with separate beds.
$550 ~ Big room with private bath. Downstairs unit. Also big enough for roommates with separate beds.

All utilities paid including expanded cable and internet (6.0Mbps). Use of laundry and well equipped kitchen or add $100 a person and eat your meals with us. We are professional cooks.
$250 deposit/first months rent due at signing. Month to month rental contract.

*No smoking in the house
*Criminal background check required

Perfect for college students or younger people just getting started.
