Easier said than done. Used CBs can be a pain, moreso than new ones. Getting a new one entails a whole lot of measurements, and after all that half of them have to be sent back to be adjusted. Finding a used one that fits is obviously even more difficult.
If you want security, you need a metal one I would say. They cost. Also many of them are made overseas. In the US there is (I hope still) Locked In Steel. You can actually go there and be custom fitted. IIRC the owner is a TV who is going TS. I haven't heard much lately though, I've been busy. They are not cheap, but being here at least you don't have to cross the ocean, just drive to New Hampshire. That'll save you a bundle.
Ball trap type devices can work for security, but do nothing to flatten. A gaff flattens but is not secure. It's all in what you want. A CB3000 is less than $200, and a nifty harness can be made cheaply, but the bulge is not completely gone. If that's what you need it's a full belt, called a florentine style. The absolute cheapest way to get one made out of plastic is Waterhole. They are secure as long as you don't have a big knife or hefty shears. They didn't have a curved tube last I checked, but you can make one out of a PVC drain trap. The Waterhole belt is adjustable, which makes things a bit easier. About a hundred bucks.
There are something like five or six critical measurements required to fit a floretine style CB, and from what I hear, almost nobody gets it right the first time.
I'm not really up on the subject these days, for a bunch of information just do a google search for altairboy. Yes spell it that way. the URL is in the TPE domain and the best place to enter the site is the /newstuff page. You can get to anywhere on the site from there. There are manufacturers' links as well as customer reviews. There are also pages on home built CBs, but of course some are better than others. There was a used CB page but it was never very active.
I have somemore resources, but I'll have to check and see if they are still there. If you don't abandon the thread here I'll be back with more.
There is also another possiblilty, a while back I wanted to make CBs. I have machines and you are not that far away. Not saying that it will happen, but maybe you could be my first victim. The only thing I lack is a plasma cutter, but there are ways around that. It's just a matter of finding some sheet stainless steel and some hardware, almost odds and ends really.
I know your not trying to be a pain, beggars can't be choosers and like that, but when it comes to CBs it simply doesn't work that way. One size does not fit all. The thing has to fit tightly, it's not like clothing that can incorporate elastic. But then it can't be too tight. As part of the measuring process some recommend you wear a belt under your clothing for days on end to see just how tight you can stand it. Too tight is as bad as too loose. You're not supposed to be able to get out of it without the key, which means if you get uncomfortable that's the breaks. That's why it is so critical to get the measurements right.
