Hi
we are looking for a flatmate to share our house in Tempe (innerwest Sydney Australia), she/he/they are friendly and responsible, with a stable job or in full time study. They are often found relaxing in the backyard or watching bgrade horror movies. They like cats, but don't have a pet of their own (desexed cat maybe ok). They are in a stable relationship (or past bringing home strays at 3am). Orientation (Top/bottom/Master/slave) is not important so long as you don't need to be pandered to or ordered to clean your room like a child.
We are a married couple, both working fulltime and we are looking for a housemate with a sense of humor who is friendly and easy to share with. We have 2 cats who live inside. Our house is a weather board cottage in Tempe (practicaly next door to ikea) with a huge backyard and ample street parking. Located close to bus stops to cbd, bondi, kograh and burwood and Tempe station.
The room is 3x3 and easily fits a queen bed and wardrobe etc, and room is unfurnished, though we might be able to help with sourcing furniture. There is one bathroom in the house , and the laundry has a washer dryer as well as an hills hoyts. Rent is $150, plus bills, which include electricity, gas, water, foxtel, wifi cable broadband, and fortnightly (or more or less) cleaner.
