Large Chinese "H&R" Super copy double locking handcuffs manufactured for the Chinese governmnet. These handcuffs are made in 2 sizes and this is a pair of the large ones. Not really oversize by USA standards, they open a little wider than the S&W Model 100. They are much heavier at 16 ounces (the standard size weighs 10 ounces). Inludes 2 keys. Handcuffs are brand new . Patented in 1934 by Harrington & Richardwson, H&R Super handcuffs were given by the USA to the Chinese government to assist in its civil war with communist forces. When the communists won and ran out of handcuffs, it is believed that they simply made copies, inproving the lock design in the process. These handcuffs are still used by most Chinese law enforcement agencies today including Hong Kong Police and Shanghai Prison. $30.00 we accept Paypal. Postage & packing is extra.
