Roommate moved out after finding man of her dreams.
1300sq ft apartment in prime location whether driving or taking public transportation. The bedroom is decent sized with a closet that could be used as a second bedroom or some other similar space (a space heater would be recommended for human habitation). If seeking to house a second person/pet/etc. please discuss this up front and bring them with you if you come to view.
I am currently a student & working full time so most dating and kink is on hold due to time. Meaning you will have a very nice apartment to yourself mostly.
Desiring single, quiet, respectful, legal (no drugs or smoking but, social drinking is okay), and, for everyone's sanity, clean, roommate.
As I'm a student silence is golden and respect should be mutual. The roommate relationship should be only that: roommates. Unless a specific exception is discussed and agreed upon I do not wish to deviate from this.
The advantage of a roommate with similar background is that I don't have to explain anything peculiar should they come down with a case of prying eyes.
As to the silence clause; I want my apartment to not raise any eyebrows and to be able to study and sleep so if you, or a sub, is too loud after suitable warnings I will ball gag the offending party  And cuff them in an uncomfortable position until I have completed what I was attempting to do in peace. Mind you, this is my last resort, and, unless you are into this, our roommate relationship may be in trouble.
Rent: ~$600 (somewhat negotiable as utilities are total at $120 and I currently use the reserved spot). Move in availability is immediate. Renters background check is required as is being on the lease (it is saner if anything should go wrong).
