Master and i are in search of a housemate.

We have one bedroom available for rent.

There are two scenarios that we would be open to for a housemate.

First, someone that is lifestyle friendly/aware of any persuasion, orientation, etc and on either side of the slash. This person would be considered a housemate only with no other obligations outside that of a regular tenant.

The second scenario would be a service submissive/slave that would want to serve Our household. In this scenario, as lady of the House, a submissive/slave would be under my charge to assist me in caring for the House. This would include housework, cooking, laundry, yardwork and other tasks associated with the upkeep of a large three story house and large yard.

Our housemate would be responsible for paying rent and signing a lease for one year at a time. The room is available now but the yearly lease would begin August 1, 2015 through July 31, 2016.

Rental amount and space: $600.00/month (Utilities included) One bedroom for rent with shared kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and laundry.

Non-smokers only

No Children

No Pets (Service dogs only)

Location: Ithaca, NY

Availability: Available immediately but lease runs from August 1, 2015 through July 31, 2016

Job status: Must be employed

Looking for Male/Female or any other designations one might chose to identify themselves

Kink friendly: Yes, We are a 24/7 Master/slave couple

Fully furnished room consisting of a full size bed, a desk, a small refrigerator, a small closet, and built-in drawers and bookshelves.

Storage space- There are numerous storage rental companies nearby.

Handicap accessibility-Must be able to navigate two sets of 5-6 steps to get to the entrance of the house.

Status: offline 		oh yeah. I'm sure those sub/slaves out there are just jumpin at the chance to pay 600- a month and still have the opportunity to be of service. Hell, I don't pay 600 a month for my entire 3 bedroom home. But I'm a Dom so I guess I get a break ... *chuckles

Significantly way more than 600 monthly.
However, that seems like a lot of money for one room and the expection of service too but it could be the ideal dream come true for some.

You are offering two scenarios where in each one, you get $600 per month, but in one, you get free yard work, laundry, cooking and maid service.

In return said renter gets what sounds like a room in a dorm and the opportunity to Be your maid, butler and yard guy.

Yeah, that sounds fantastic.

Status: offline 		I usually don't post outside the religious and political threads, but...im acquainted with Ithaca. there are a lot of very nice (and some large) places there, and the cost of living there is relatively high compared to other places nearby.

I'm assuming when you were a collared slave, you are referring to Gorean slavery? I can't possibly imagine how a Gorean man could justify relying on his slave for money. I mean, granted it's a broad ambiguous thing, being Gorean. But I'm really curious what the thinking behind that was exactly? What kind of code did he follow if any? I can't help but see this behaviour as that of a leech rather than that of a master... Surely there is some aspect of hypocrisy somewhere here.

The above isn't directed at the OP, or where the money goes in any given relationship. A specific Gorean question.
