Status: offline 		i don't know if this is a good place for this or not but i figured it couldn't hurt.

my Dom and i are looking for two kink aware/friendly roommates. W/we live in a large house with hardwood floors, a big modern kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, and hot tub. The community provides lawn care and snow removal. There are two large bedrooms upstairs for rent. We live within walking distance of a large outlet mall, the bus route, a grocery store, and a movie theater. No smoking. Pets negotiable. $450 per room plus 1/3 of utilities. Essex Junction, VT.

Status: offline 		I don't know about Vermont but that seems kinda high. I live in Portland, Maine, 1 block from Congress street which is the main street in Portland. I have a 1 bedroom in a 5 story building with an elevator, washer and drier in the basement and storage locker included. My rent is $650.00 per month which includes heat, hot water, electric and gas. No parking but that's ok. I am walking distance to most of Portland. At $450.00 plus 1/3rd you might be looking at about the same ammount as I pay and have to deal with room mates. $450.00 + per room sounds like someones bank note is being paid.

Status: offline 		Vermont has really high rent. Especially when it's this close to Burlington. my mom pays $960 for a 2 bdrm apartment, utilities not included. It costs a lot to live here. i'm not sure how much my Dom pays per month. He is renting as well. His buddy owns the house. i am just the go between. i can try to find out though.

i would also like to add that there is a washer and dryer in the house and a driveway to park in. Gas fireplace and gas stove.

Status: offline 		sub here free,alt ga.will allmost free,you pay you share of food,dog food that is,if i want too feed you will,dont lol,because ive allready got one a other one on the way,will be living in the shed,shed not small,big as a trailer,gentle master too boot
