Now I am stuck on songs, after the Theme Song Thread *L*

"I Believe In You" by Don Williams

I don't believe in superstars, organic food, and foreign cars
I don't believe the price of gold, the certainty of growing old
That right is right and left is wrong
That north and south can't get along
That east is east and west is west
And being first is always best
But I believe in love
I believe in babies
I believe in mom and dad
And I believe in you

Well I don't believe that heaven waits for only those who congregate
I like to think of God as love
He's down below He's up above
He's watchin' people everywhere
He knows who does and doesn't care
And I'm an ordinary man
Sometimes I wonder who I am
But I believe in love
I believe in music
I believe in magic
And I believe in you

I know with all my certainty what's going on with you and me is a good thing
It's true
I believe in you

Well I don't believe virginity is as common as it used to be
In working days and sleeping nights
That black is black and white is white
That Superman and Robin Hood are still alive in Hollywood
That gasoline's in short supply
The rising cost of gettin' by
But I believe in love
I believe in old folks
I believe in children
I believe in you

I believe in love
I believe in babies
I believe in mom and dad
And I believe in you

Sooooooo..........PBM......do you believe that truth is found in songs?

Depends on the kind of songs. I hope the truth is not in most rap music.

Sooooooo, PBM......what is your favorite memory of your childhood?

Playing block-long games of tag and hide-and-seek with the other neighborhood kids. Wait, those are memories. Does that count? It does now.

Soooooooooo pbm what's your favorite childhood game?

There are worse places to live such as Brixton but it wasn’t exactly a Kent village either. It’s the people rather than the area. Gangs seem to travel from one area to another these days proving that one area is better or worse than another, strange that.

Soooo person beneath me have you ever played hide and seek in a derelict building?

Ya.  That guy is always coming over asking me to help move his furniture.  I loaned him a bunch of my tools a month ago and he still hasn't given them back.  Douchebag.

Soooooo pbm, if there were no alternatives would you go commando, or wear tighty whities?

You say commando like it’s a bad option but it’s ok.

Soooo person beneath me can you tell me what a tighty whitey is? I have made an assumption as to the meaning I just need some confirmation.

"Tighty-whities," or "Whitey-tighties," are common American nicknames for briefs. The name has entered the mainstream and is usually accepted as the name of briefs; the term is often derogatory in nature. In the 1990s, briefs were seen as uncool, especially among U.S. teenagers. Bullying and Wedgies have often been the result of wearing tighty-whities.

Soooo, PBM.........did you ever receive a wedgie?
