Jumped on the scale, and it didn't say ouch today. And my favorite jeans are now loose enough to not fit me at all without a belt. w00t!

Status: offline 		hmmmm yoga....I've always wondered about that...I actually purchased a yoga mat, a video and a couple of dance videos for toning and firming....darn if they just collect dust....I'd really like my oldest UM to dance away a pound or two with me...she's not overweight but I fear one day...and I really don't want her to be the kid I was growing up....hum.

It's really hard to maintain a "shape" that's pleasurable for me when the family I work for feeds me like I'm a starving child with nary an ounce of fat on me....*eating cake at work as I type this* 

Luckily for me, though, the men in my life find my shape pleasurable.....

Status: offline 		weight loss: I still have a very very long way to go to get to a point where I think I'll be happy with the way my body looks. mostly in that I'm wanting to move towards body shaping than just straight weight loss.

Ultimate Fighter: ummmm, I'm seeing a trend to the TV in the house...

Graham Norton: tonight is Sarah Beeny and Dawn French. I wish I'd seen the one with Tori Amos fondling Gerard Depardieu. I think i have my own request for the DVR schedule...

DVR....you tell him what to record and he'll do it....I don't DVR myself...I just watch the results.  We can DVR on two televisions so chances are we can make it happen for you My Love.

edited to add: sheesh a golden opportunity to make women of argh swoon by saying how hot you believe me to be and you totally don't take it....hehe

But I have to say that a) Donna's shape is quite pleasing and b) I'm quite glad that when I put my arm around Her, things just tend to naturally fall into place. Overjoyed even...

Yoga is the most amazing thing in the world.  It makes you feel so wonderful, it gets rid of soo many aches and pains, releases and help get rid of soo many toxins and truly helps to clear your head...
On weekday mornings, there is a really good yoga class on Oxygen called "Inhale".  It's a great workout.. I really like it..
I would definitely recommend going to a yoga studio and taking several classes in that atmosphere.  It helps you get in the right headspace and gives you a better idea of the basics...

I need to do something...but classes are out.  I am working 50 hours a week and I drive anywhere from an hour to almost 2 to get to work lately...darn Edens Expressway!

So do the tape and/or the tv show.  and have e01n do it with you.. 
Just do it once, for a half hour only if you can't spare an hour.  It's such a good way to take care of yourself...

Status: offline 		i'm doing well Donna, my dear. spent the whole weekend lazing, as i'm just bone tired. however, the h/mates are spending the next week in sydney (cause their new jobs start tomorrow), and they're taking the wretched dogs, so i should be able to get quite a bit accomplished next week. found a removalist for only about $2300, so will book a day mid week the week after this. then i chill for 4 weeks while um is doing her college exams.

you guys realise i may not be able to check in on even a weekly, much less daily basis? sappa's done some research and found me some free wireless sites, but whether they have a net nanny on that might prevent me from accessing y'all, i dont' know yet. sigh. i'm gonna miss you guys if i'm off for any length of time.
