How does one go about setting up a pic next to their name when they post? I'm fairly computer illiterate. I think I need some help on this one. Thanks.

Click on the 'My Profile' link at the top of this page. On the page that opens, there is a section labeled 'My avatar' where you can select and upload a different image to use. After uploading your new avatar image, click on 'Apply' at the bottom of the page.
