ya know I never feel rested and mentioned off handedly to my doc that I never sleep more than 3 hours at a stretch.  He got all alarmed and scolded me saying that without longer stretches of uninterupted sleep that lots of heath complications pop up...similar to ones that have been popping up.  He gave me a very mild sleep pill - pharmacist said she takes on everynight too.  Anyway that was a month ago and wow! what a huge difference.  Much more rested, easier to get up and going in the morning, blood pressure dropped and I generally have more energy.  I always thought sleeping pills were something only Judy Garland types indulged in...I totally think differet now.

Status: offline 		Yeah, sleep makes huge difference, doesn't it?! I remember on a flight to New Zealand--attempting to sleep but failing--thinking that if I were at Gitmo and they deprived me of sleep, I'd tell them anything.

OMG that is sooo true! forget waterboarding, peanuts next to sleep deprivation.  Not that I have personal experience...although I am a little confused by the whole waterboardig thing.  I mean they say that it is just supposed to feel as if you are drowning...I am thinking that if you feel like you are that you probably are on some level.  I also think that it is curious that BDSM folks do not use waterboarding in interrigation play....well that is a whole can of worms huh?

Status: offline 		OK, just finished the mind-fuck that was the online test from potential new job...  holy crap!  Who knew at age 37, I was going to need to remember all the algebra, physics, and calculus, spacial relations, vocab, etc that I needed to know for the SAT's!!!  Did I mention the friggin' word math problems???

(ok, venting done)
