Yup though it is Middle Eastern and nobody in Morocco has ever heard of it, nor can I get the ingredients to make it in Morocco. We don't have bulghur here. It's just like hummus in that in Morocco it is the word for chickpea, is for all arabic speakers, though nobody in Morocco ever heard to the dip/spread. That I can make and it is well loved. ------------------------- chicken with toasted whole almonds and olives roasted under it.
