works great with chicken as well *nodnod*....and when i was really dieting, i'd make 'em without the meat, kinda like a veggie bomb...the only "bad" part being the cheese...but provolone is a semi hard cheese so there's a bit less fat to it *nodnod*

While yes, that's delicious, that's not what *I* put on the chicken for chicken bombs. :-)
