No.
Although.. using meta refresh tags and php you could create a web page that would auto refresh the thread.. but once it got to the end of a page, you'd still have to click "next".

Unless, of coure, you included in the php, a subroutine that would check that and automatically do it for you.

Or, you could hit CTRL+R.
