Yes I did grins and girl you sound just like me a world traveler and happy no place but home.I love south America and the people there and until just this year own part of a ranch in Belitze.Happy people there and a little working cowgirl that worked just as hard as I did.The food is wonderful as well...peaceful and quiet there a good place to get away from it all and recharge your batteries..

There's still some chicken and dumplings left and also I've got a big Caesar salad here with some chicken and some shrimp or lots of cheese - whichever you want...

Just for Miss H... tomorrow's menu is gonna be: Mexican!!!!

Mexican, mariachis.... and margaritas.
