If you are on any kind of meds the least amount you should drink is two liters it reduces the risk of damage to your organs

gets busy making breakfast..

today.. raw (almost all anyway) - olives, warm bread, cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers...yogurt

espresso...the most important thing... ahem

*A little thing I learned in Italy.... Take a good cup of hot chocolate and put a shot of espresso in it... Yes, I know all about mocha... but this is where coffee is prepared perfectly, hot chocolate is prepared perfectly, and then you combine them. Mama Mia!

I get it with soy milk (can't drink regular milk) at starbucks. It's like $7 but once a month I treat myself.

i completely understand the need for an early bedtime Bounty...ya know, old age and all lol...
