ok folks... cleanse is over...

have a piece of fruit... and some yogurt.... puts the food out on the table 

*bowls and granola and a some nuts...

We're going raw.. ish today

Yeah I know it crazy but some times sex wires me for hours...raw is good if you use some juices IE lemon to kind of help cook them,I much prefer a quick stir fry with long green beans peppers onions and a wide variety of veggies thrown into the mix....By the way christine that coma induced sleep is wonderful as well smile..

Status: offline 		and i might not ever want to leave!  your soup sounds great Bounty...i have a 14 lb. bottom round roast in the oven, after about 9 hours on low, i'll add the onions and carrots and potatoes....yum.  yes, i do need that big of a roast, i lovingly refer to my son as "the hollow legged one".
