ohhh that's sooooooooooooo good.... I feel all warm and happy inside.

I have decided that MEAN PEOPLE SUCK... and that's all I got to say about that.

Now, y'all hear this.  I just adore y'all you are the sweetest, tenderest, goodest people around.  I can' tell you how much it means to have you here.

I made a fresh cherry cobbler - no sugar, lots of good stuff... and a big ole turkey cause I just feel like celebrating life.... Of course wait half an hour and I might be a slobbering idiot, but no matter.  *smiles

Bounty, I got some good hiking boots - and socks... cause socks are as important as the shoes.  I'm gonna get on down to the gym in the morning and get my fool self in shape and ready for this new event I got coming up called :

_____________________________________________________________

The next phase.

Where to live next?

So here's my thoughts:

Seoul - good money, easy work, big city, lots to do... down side, any woman over a size 6 is considered a cow, and I'm 2 or 3 cows... no men except military....

Mexico - not great money, beautiful, hot - food weather and men, on the same continent as all y'all and I can bone up on my Spanish.

Chicago - near the family (I was adopted so that would be my bio family whom I'm getting closer to), I hear they speak English there.  Decent jobs and mass trans.and international airport.

and Bay area in Calif... - frightfully expensive but my best friend lives around there, lots of Spanish speakers, decent jobs, dreadful mass trans.  but earthy crunchy people.

Any thoughts?

AZ is close to ME !!   If I were your age and unencumbered and wanted to learn more Spanish I would consider going to live in Spain .... always wanted to do that .. the US is always here .. and I wouldnt go where it is expensive and I knew I would have to scramble all the time to make ends meet ... I loved living in Mexico and lived there when it was difficult for a single woman to do so .. would be much more fun now ....have thought about it .. if I could figure how to get my disability checks sent down there..and get my Medicare to pay there too .... darn Its looking more and more like Im getting old ...<sigh> ....I vote for having all the adventures you can while you can .....

BTW ...Hi Ali ..... !!!!!!!

I think that you should go for Chicago.  The city has a fantastic history, a really cool flag, tons of museums, Shed Aqaurium, schools galore for continuing education, a great nightlife, that park thingy by the water, two airports (for travel), and a multitude of other things.  Plus it would give youthe chance to slowly get to know your bio family without things feeling rushed.  Oh, and Jeffff would not be too far away.    Neither would I.  (Actually I think that where I live is about an 8 hour drive from Chicago. ~ But I may be able to hook you up with a ride.)
