Brave...yeah, I suppose that's a term for it.

I kinda feel for someone who is locked in a job that requires following a set of rules with almost no elbow room for leeway.  Done it myself, not the most pleasant of experiences.

Besides, as her profile states, Mod XI's account is for administrative purposes solely.  Which in turn is a spot of fun - leaves everything up to the imagination.

Like I said...I doubt more than a handful would perv a Moderator for anything other than a motivation related directly to the site.  Which has gotta suck, at times.

Meh.  Fear is what you let it be.  I don't know that I've felt afraid in a while, and I don't know that you'd want to hear the tale which precipitated that...it's a spot of drama, I'm afraid.

Danger, on the other hand - that always catalyzes me to action.  I once woke from a sound sleep while my son was an infant, sprang from the bed to his crib [which was in the room] and had him in my arms before I consciously even knew what I was doing.  It was because his breathing changed, must have set off some instinct.  Scared the hell out of my ex; all she remembers is that I bolted up and crossed 20 feet of room in about two seconds.

Quite the paternal instinct! Curiously, I don't recall ever having that, so will never know what it's like to have offspring.

Awww...you don't have to be paternal to be protective, bear.  And who knows, maybe there's a hunky Daddy out there who wants to give you a good spanking!

*grins* Did you want to be my Daddy?

That is true umus, though I was think more towards that bond/instict that most people have wanting to sire offspring and then raise them. Mind you I'm not complaining because I don't have offspring, mainly because I didn't want that huge responsibility. I just never felt that urge to procreate!

Urge to procreate?  *ponders*

Well, my son was born despite use of condom and birth pill, so I can't say he was, err, planned.  Still, I'm crazy about the little guy.

My daughter wasn't quite planned, either...well...not by me.

*edits himself to avoid the drama-trauma*

Egad.  Not to pry, but does that ever bother you - since it's just an admin account and all?  I don't know it would bother me, personally, but then again I'm a curious sort...

By the by, thank you.  It's nice to 'talk' with you - well, assuming that the job description allows for it.  Common sense probably dictates not bothering to make any personal commentary.  Still, it's the thought.

No, not at all.  Seeing the repeat customers can even be somewhat amusing.

It does, and it's preferable to when the job requires it.

LOL!  I would imagine so.  You should hang out more often in P&RS; less drama and bickering [yeah, like I need to tell you that one...].

Here.  *mixes up a Shirley Temple and hands it to ya*

I'd offer something stronger, but drinking on the job, y'know.   Unless you have another preference.

Good grief.  Sometimes I have to wonder at my own inner voices.  This scenario just flashed through my head - two lines of dialogue, period:

ModeratorEleven:  Why on earth would you post in 'Last One To Post, Wins'...?
ModeratorSeventeen:  ...sowwy.  Who knew they'd all stop after me...?!

[I figure Jeffff is out to copyright 'ModeratorThirteen', so I skipped one.]

Edited to skip higher.  Gawd.  I suck at skipping.

if only we could do a book filled with the ramblings and insights of everyone's inner voices around here...  That would be even better thank Kramer's coffee table book that turned into a coffee table...
