Han able to explain my last post to you better I hope,You don't have to start a company or need a lot of money,the trick sweetie is to make yourself need,valuable one that your employer can't live without..In any profession  even as a cashier,a cook and baby sitter on and on you see folks doing this every day..I know from our chats that you are very intelligent and that old woo is me and trying to make your self worth be minual doesn't float the boat with me...Any help you may need just ask..More then glad to set you off on your journey with some good ideas...
