God bless you and your lil one.  I understand what you are saying all too well.  There are way too many locales who still use this archaic "tender years doctrine,"  whereby the child should stay with the mother until he or she is of school age, at which time custody may be revisited.  It's crap.  Not all women are fit to have the little ones with them.  It's garbage.  I'm pissed with you, my dear friend.  I'm pissed along with the wonderful fathers who are not permitted the chance to raise their babies because some piece of legislature says so.

I hate that my mother tells me that she just wants me to tell her what I want for the wedding but when I tell her I get scolded for how everything I want is wrong. I hate that it's making us seriously consider leaving our families out of a day that I always felt should about bringing families together.

Status: offline 		I did... several times. With Valyraen's backing. It's quite insane and if my mother doesn't shape up soon Val may decide that her boat has sailed and we are going to Vegas. I really don't want that but I can't really blame him.

Status: offline 		I hate it when I get a letter  - TODAY - from my ISP, dated 5/12, telling me I have 10 days to pay my bill or they shut me down. I get paid on the 11th day. 

Um, WHY did it take NINE fucking days for a letter to travel about 1100 miles????  and when I tried to call, the billing dept is of course closed.
