Now to mop the floors..

Then to bed... Tomorrow driving to PA to see a couple of grandchildren.

Status: offline 		i almost think your big breakfast sounds good Bounty, but after stuffing my face with really unhealthy stuff all day yesterday, i'm only up for coffee and some fruit and cottage cheese.  amazing how junk food makes you feel like crap even the day after....

You are right about junk food christine.it makes me feel like shit the next day after I binged,I had fresh strawberry's right from the garden and yogurt for dinner last night and feel great this morning.. The doc say my sugsrs are great so I can slip up once in a while smile..

Well good, diets are the work of the devil and I have to stay on about 2000 cals a day but with all the good fruits and veggies its not too bad,I would like to live to be 100 and died in bed with a sweet young wench and Diane of course and if I continue to improve who knows lol...

what kind of diet is it? some don work because the make your body think you're starving, so it stores everything, and some dont for other reasons and some just take forever to kick in :)

Status: offline 		You girls watch the scales too much,just slide it under the bed,out of sight and out of mind and step on it once a month, Just do the good things and believe me soon then later you will find that you clothes are looser...Don't worry it takes the body at lest a month to adjust and letting the weight go...

Status: offline 		Diets are the pitts .. but what is worse it being in the hospital .. not eating even half of their version of healthy food and gaining 6 lbs in a week !!!!! that and the vampires and the tummy needle stickers are enough reason to burn the place to the ground .. but but but then I have to think of the bad karma that generates so cant do it .. but boy are they gonna get it next time around for what they are doing to me <EG>   maybe they will all be my slaves next time around!!!!
