Status: offline 		Good morning everyone, God has given us another wonderful day in Paradise, this morning lots of fresh fruit and yogurt, take a break from all that heavy stuff folks, ice tea both sweeten and unsweetened , have at it ..get out and off the puter and enjoy your day..

Thanks Bounty. I need the fortification . I'll make some coffee. I need it and so does Chrissy. And heres a bar of Giardhelli Intense Dark. Chrissy has been needing that too. Heres another for the rest of you. These bars are big.

Its rainy here but is supposed to clear up. My new Sir is taking me out for the day and of course there is excitement. I never know what suprises are in store. We are going to Either the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago or maybe the Art Institute. We are taking his 1982 corvette. I havent seen that one. I have been in the 92 convertible. The 82 is a T-top. After that I dont know what planned although he said next dinner wont be french but Italian. Yum 

I'm pondering Fluffys question. Shes not only dutiful and beautiful but smart too.

Status: offline 		There are a lot of things this girl will do for dark chocolate...but for now it is not in her food plan.  Maybe later.  OK time's up.  i'll have some of it and promise to write it down.

Time to put the laundry in the dryer - it's on the 1st floor & my apartment is on the 3rd floor.  Stair climbing for an activity point!

Status: offline 		Here you go Boss - iced tea sweetened with Splenda & a sprig of mint.

Would you like some citrus salad (white grapefruit, red grapefruit, orange, raisins and coconut) on a leaf of green leaf lettuce?  It has carbs (17g sugars per 1/2 cup serving).  i drained off the light syrup it was packed in - a sprinkle of Splenda will sweeten it up for you.  Citrus fruit is good for you, right?
