Say, do you usually get migraines suddenly?  Mine - when they're migraines, and not some other kind of headache - have pre-symptoms.  I've found ways that usually prevent them from going full cycle.  I'll still have to sleep it off, but it's incredibly less painful.

Status: offline 		I will be holly. I got to it before it got too bad and attacked it before it could attack me and put me in the hospital so I passed out around 530 or 6 last nigth. I think. I don't remember. Moving kinda slow today and dealing with the dregs of the headache and the medications. I can't really complain. I'm so proactive with my migraines that my last one was 10 months ago!

Status: offline 		I can relate. Have you noticied a pattern as I have found mine are primarily related to my female cycle. You might try adding some Magnesium Vitamins to your daily routine which my doctor suggested and has helped me.

Status: offline 		I already know they can trigger around my cycle, califsue and I'm on a supplement. I used to get anywhere from 3-6 a month that  each one would last for days on end and I've been hospitalized before for them. I've gotten them down to where I can go months between getting one and if I catch it early enough, it won't go full-blown, like last night. I'm just a little groggy and have the dregs today, thank goodness.

Status: offline 		I understand. I used to get them so bad I had to lay down in a dark room, cold as I get it and the next day, although the migraine would be gone, felt like you are feeling today.
Hope you get to feeling better soon. They are no fun...that is for sure!!

Yep, if I'm paying very very close attention, I can catch the precursors like yesterday. My thing is, I have to be willing to admit what they are and not play "I'm a big, tough woman who can handle anything and any pain and I'm not going to let a little itty bitty headache bother me." Or not play the victim, or the martyr, just deal with it and get it over with.

Yesterday afternoon, I knew that all of a sudden the back of my neck muscles siezed up and it was getting hard to deal with the light. So I told Lumus that I was going to lay down to try to relax my muscles. As soon as I did, BOOM. There was that left side of my head starting to go as it does for a migraine, which also explained why my stomach had been a bit nauseated. So I dealt with it.   Today - groggy city.

go online to your clerk of courts, and look at tennant laws. Are they *both* on the lease? if yes.. that makes it harder. But not impossible. She can talk to her complex, and have the situation taken care of. let them know she is worried about the room mate causing physical damages to the apt. ~ That will light a fire under thier bums. If she doesnt mind leaving.. she can ask to be removed from the lease.. and just be honest with them. They usualy will remove a party from the lease.

talkin about delicate condition.. appaernetly I have a *huge* cyst on my left ovary that was causing tons of cramping and pain. We were worried it was an entopic pregnancy or something wrong with the baby. Greedy drove me to the ER and after many tests the baby and I are ok. Just I am at high risk to miscarry.

The Daddy seemed more annoyed with the news of something else he is supposed to be concerned with then actualy concerned.. so I will be remeding that issue here shortly.  

I am missing the trip with every one thisweekend.. but I am supposed to be relaxing... and resting.
