I hate it when:

I take 2 hours to get all scrumptious for DaddyBoo, and He calls me on His way to my place (where Things 1 and 2 are not - since they are with their father tonight), and tells me He's about 20 minutes away, then I hear a weird noise, ask if He's ok, only to find out that He just puked and isn't coming down after all.

He then tells me He is going to get some ginger ale and saltines and go home.

So, I tell Him I love Him, to take it easy and I'll talk to Him tomorrow. However, I get a strange "must-go" impulse and run outta my place like my ass is on fire, tell my father that I'll be back later, and bolt. I started up to where He lives, only to get a call, asking me to come see Him, if only for a few minutes because He misses me and just wants to see me. I smile because I know that I am already on my way, and He asks, "Where are you?" and I say, "About 5 miles into being there" and He is all confuzzled. (He's a man, dontchaknow, and is sometimes unaware of my womanly 3rd eye... which I can only attribute to a great concealer and matching foundation.) LOL...

When I get to our meeting spot, He smiles at me and says, "You look so good, I'm sorry I feel so bad." I just grinned and said, "That's ok, You'll make it up to me, just not tonight."

So we went for a drive as He munched on crackers and sipped ginger ale. Not exactly the evening I had planned, but it was nice to have the follow up call that said, "Thanks for coming up and know that I love you very much."

PTS, Daddy doesn't do well as a sick one. He's not a baby about it, but for Him to admit that He feels bad, He feels really bad. And if I do say so, bless His heart, He really did look a hot mess when I got there to see Him.

Thankies, imp. Whatcha gonna do? I chauffered around a large man, snacking on crackers and ginger ale till He said He felt like He needed to go lay down with a trash can near by. (I must love this man...)

I hate that I should have gotten a whole lot more packing done today than I did. I'm just so gosh darn tired and I don't know what the deal is.

....we don't know how much fun cjan and the girls are having and i really want to know cause i live vicariously through them and i could do with some vicarious fun with pictures and some diet coke and maybe rum and this run on sentence kinda stuff is kinda fun isn't it and when are they coming back with pictures for us????

I hate it that no matter how hard you try to get sand outta delicate places, more sand that seems to weasel into those places.
