The sad thing is that there are others here that grew up in just as disturbed homes and have fought their own issues but have managed to work, grow and heal beyond them. They just prefer to not air them personally on the boards but are willing to help if possible or at least share to let others know that they can move on as well. However, some choose to stay in their apathy and self-pity and cry "poor me".
